The flavour of this smoothie makes it hard to believe it’s healthy! Akin to white chocolate cream, this yummy drink provides all the nutrition found in an avocado, plus the healthy digestive probiotics of natural yoghurt. It can’t get more nutritious!
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup of milk (or milk substitute)
- 1/3 cup of natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Palm Sugar (or brown sugar or honey)
- 1/4 tsp natural vanilla essence
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Drink from a tall glass, with a long handled spoon.
