Protein Patties (vegetarian)

These yummy protein patties are vegetarian and filled with high-protein eggs and quinoa. A great snack for lunch boxes or to much on straight after school when the ‘hungries’ kick in! Dip in organic tomato chutney for a nutritious and delicious snack (for big kids, too!).

Here’s the recipe:

1 1/2 cups of Quinoa, cooked

5 tsp of GF SR flour

3 Eggs, beaten

1 Carrot, grated

1 tsp vegetable stock powder

Dip: organic Tomato Chutney

Instructions: Blend all ingredients together, and spoon into hot, oiled fry pan. Fry both sides.

Note: choose an frying oil with a high ‘smoke point’  as it is safer for health, such as avocado oil, coconut oil, and ghee.
